A company called Klausner Technologies has filed a patent lawsuit against Apple and AT&T over patents it says cover the visual voice mail feature on the iPhone.
It says visual voice mail, as used on the iPhone infringes two patents that Klausner, a company controlled by Judah Klausner, described in the press release as “the inventor of the PDA and electronic organizer,” owns.
